I’m still working with them but so far to get them to where I can hear they seem to feed back, but I’m still experimenting.

Dont like the on and off. Volume control. I have a cheep on and it has a switch. Much nicer then yours

I wasn't able to make them work
I wasn't able to make them work. I have unusual ear canals and will need custom made hearing aids.

Having a hard time getting the Nano…
Having a hard time getting the Nano hearing aid to fix comfortable in ears. Tried different ear cuff, so far not comfortable with Nano hearing aids.

I was directed to deliver to an on-site…
I was directed to deliver to an on-site location. They then said it was not something they could receive. Then twice I mailed back things only to have them returned back to me. Now there are 45 day return issues
