Nano is my favorite of all brands and I have tried several. it has best fit and design, being narrow and having the volume button off-center so it is not in the way of positioning. With this new second pair, it is taking a bit of work to calibrate the sound, and I will continue working on it.

No problems with my order.

Love Nano hearing aids...cust service excellent, but only gave 4 stars due to the left hearing aid quit working after only 2 weeks & although they replaced under the warranty, I had to pay for shipping to send the broken one back which cost $8.00 and I feel if they wanted defeated one back they could of send a prepaid shipping label after the cost of purchasing the hearing aids to stand behind their product in such a short time of purchase.

Hey my plug in hearing aid eeee dinging constantly called for assistance told to replace white thing in aid tried it broke out tool didn’t work at all and they were out of warranty can’t be repaired so ordered the behind the est aids and an pleased with them. Ding at times but adjust abs they are fine

My husband just received his hearing aids last week. Unlike two other brands he tried, this one stays in his ear, and there is less feedback when inserting it in his ear. So far so good.

I appreciate that you honored the warranty and resolved my malfunctioning aid, but your reply and return took much longer than anticipated. However both are functioning once more.

So far I'm enjoying these aids except I would like to have a bit longer hearing tube. What would also make these great if the microphone part were a bit slimmer, the current one tends to make my ears pop out and they also are somewhat uncomfortable as I wear glasses.

MY experiences with MANO has been great all around, since the first time I ordered my first hearing aids, I had a growth in my ear and the aids did not fit well, I explained this to the Company and they immediately returned my money, since then my ear has gotten better and I decided to try them again, I ordered the behind the ear, but that did not work, they kept falling off my ear, again, I explain this to the staff, they were so understanding, I asked for the CIC, they immediately sent me the earing aids I asked for, I think I am learning how to use them, thanks to all the staff of NANO for helping me to hear again.
