Return problem.
The agent I spoke to said I would have an agent call me back within the hour. She was very pleasant. The call never came. The hearing aides are just not working out for me. All I need is a return label for order #590247. Deborah Coca Please just deliver the label to the email on file

I'm not used to wearing a hearing aid…
I'm not used to wearing a hearing aid and it is hard to get used to the background noise. I can hear better but it is going to take a little time.

What I dislike about this nano hearing…
What I dislike about this nano hearing aid it’s doesn’t work very well for my left ear, I am going to return it back,I have try but not helpful for my hearing

The volume not enough for adequate…
The volume not enough for adequate hearing. The on/off button very difficult to use when hearing aid is installed in ear.

not what I expected
I meant to hit 2 stars. They are to loud for my ears even on lowest setting and the volume of the backround noise is very distracting. I would like to return them please.
