I ordered hearing aids on June 9, and they were delved June 13. Info book was very helpful setting up aids. They work great so far.

The first hearing aid would not stay in…
The first hearing aid would not stay in my wife’s ear. Told the woman on the phone and she understood and had us send them back for an upgrade. Got the upgrade but the left hearing aid would not work so they said to send them back for a replacement, I hope, because my wife really liked the one that did work. It fit her ear well and improved her hearing. Haven’t heard about what they are going to do but are hoping they send a new pair of X2 R hearing aids.
