A little rocky at first with two sets of X2s, but love the Sigma pair. Excellent service by the CEO and Rebecca in resolving issues are making me a very satisfied customer.

Customer Service is very good
Customer Service is very good. My husband lost one while mowing. He found it several days later after being rained on and it still works. He has other expensive aids but Nanos give him enough hearing to operate while working. He is a real cowboy so it is easy to loose aids.
