I think your "in the ear" is good but I was not able to master the adjustments to work with my audiology pattern. I am still very interested in the "in the ear" product. However, I'm now trying your "behind the ear" product. Service wise, it was excellent; Professional staff and very accomodating. Timing is also excellent. The staff responded in a timely manner.

The right hearing aide is working but not the left hearing aide I’ve even left it in the case over night it’s green but when he places it in his ear he’s still not hearing anything from the left ear

I am a long-time user of hearing aids, beginning with the "expert" audiologists providing hearing aids "customized" to my personal hearing chart generated by their testing and then manufactured for me by their facilities . Then I switched to a set of Nano hearing aids and found them to be as effective or better than those previous devices and extremely simple to program and maintain myself.
