Amplifiers Not Hearing Aids
I bought the most expensive units they had, and returned them immediately. They were cheaply made, very loud at the lowest volume setting, and the app was a joke. The 3 stars are for the customer service. You have to call to get a RMA#. The rep will do everything they can to get you into a different product instead of a refund. It took several times stating "I don't want anything else, just refund my money." before I finally got the RMA.
