Hello there, I'm sorry if you haven't received your order. Before we proceed, kindly check the following: - Check the location: MAILBOX and other possible delivery locations like a garage, front door, behind bushes/planters, etc. - Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside or if someone accepted it. - Ask your neighbor, possible that it was delivered to the wrong door/address. - If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office to see if they are holding your package there. Some packages won’t fit in your mailbox so carriers will often leave packages at a manager’s office for safekeeping. If it’s not too much of an inconvenience you can also inquire about your package with USPS. You can call them at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). In rare cases, the package may show as 'delivered' but could take additional 24-48 hours. So I would suggest to please wait for a few more days.
