Above and beyond !
When shopping on line the model hearing aid I wanted was out of stock both new and refurbished. So I called customer service told them I was looking for a set of BTE-4 hearing aids. They confirmed both new and refurbished were out of stock. They told me they would look into this and would call me back. About an hour later they called me back and said they found a refurbished set and would I like them. In no time flat they were on the way with a 1 YR. elite protection I added to the ordered. My sales person went above and beyond just doing her job. THANK-YOU

I have get used the volume not sure jet…

I have not received my new hearing aid…
I have not received my new hearing aid yet. My experience so far with the company is very good taking a little longer than I thought it would to get the new one. I hope to receive it today.
