Honestly the heating aides are great…
Honestly the heating aides are great but unfortunately my mother is 90 years old and has had hearing loss for quite a few years. She had bought the expensive $5k hearing aides in the past but they did not last but a few years both times. We got theses but she kept saying she was hearing buzzing in her ear, and after working with her for a few hours decided to send them back since they were going to be too confusing for her. I called to return them and their service person was very sympathetic and listened to my concerns. He suggested that we try a different pair and offered to send them at no additional costs. Received them yesterday and hopefully these will work for mom.
