was having a problem with one of the…
was having a problem with one of the hearing aids. your rep went through everything on how to use the aids and it was determined one was not working properly was going to send me a new one but decided to up grade me to a new set. I received the new set today and will try them tomorrow. I have been happy with there follow up via internet mail also.

The tech lady as just awesome. She explained everything to me.I wore them most of today. She explained how to turn completely off so thee is no buzzing. r
The tech gave me great info.today. my issue was not knowing when their off or on. She was AWESOME !
