Disenchanted with them.........
I'm dissatisfied with the duration of the charge. They just don't seem to last very long at all. Using the "2 second" Function signal doesn't seem to make any difference. I use the largest ear buds, but I can see the day when I'll be inconvenienced and have to order extra ones. They help, but not to my expectations. Thanks for listening.

The people are nice but hard to…
The people are nice but hard to understand a lot of the time. I feel I should not have had to pay to get the correct wire length. I needed the new wires fast and still haven’t received them. Now I don’t have any help with them, so I am going to return the hearing aids in a few days. I’m just too old to figure out how to use them every day.

I am going to send the hearing aid back because I am not getting any help.
when I spoke to your rep. everything was fine, but I have not heard anything from him It has been since Friday or Saturday. It is now Monday evening, and I have not heard anything.

I didn't like that I wasn't offered…
I didn't like that I wasn't offered much information about the hearing aid price differences and all they entailed. Especially about the chip to minimize background noise

We should not have to pay to send back…
We should not have to pay to send back old hearing aids. She had to much trouble with the first pair and now with the second pair she does not get extra days to make sure they work correct or not that is not right she should have more days to be sure they work properly

So far I’m trying to adjust to…
So far I’m trying to adjust to squealing noise and feeling of being suffocated. Almost panic feeling closed in. Nothing so far has helped so after one week I am considering returning them.
