Tried to return first pair!
Very polite customer service. Fast to return call, very pushy to send another style for my 94 year old mother to try. I agreed, if I have to return the next pair, I hope there will not be a problem.

I just received mine a couple days ago
I just received mine a couple days ago, and getting use to them. They are amplifiers, which I was not expecting. Need to learn how to keep them turned on all of the time
