A real person answered the phone, and I didn't have too be put on hold. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and patient.....didn't rush me along, nor try to sell me more than what I needed.

I had purchased for my wife…
I had purchased these hearing aids for my wife, unfortunately my dear wife took a turn for worse and she passed away before she was able to use them and your staff was very understanding and helpful in getting the hearing aids returned and made the process very easy, Thank You so much and I will pass this along how well this transaction was handled. Fancy is a great rep!
Fancy is a great rep and an asset to your company! She took all the information to make sure she understood what was happening, suggested a few steps to try to resolve the problem, but we were unable to get the one hearing aid to work. She said she would send out a new complete set, as we don't know if it's the hearing aid or the charger, since one works and the other doesn't. She was very helpful.
