Update too; ‘Not the quality I expected’

Prior to this review, I gave Nano a very poor review due to the fact that after receiving my first order (Nano X2) they did not work as indicated and I was very displeased. Called customer service twice explaining to them the problems (were many) and with the second call the lady, understood and replaced the X2,s with the upgraded SigmaPlus. After receiving the SigmaPlus there was still a problem. The volume control did not work on either side, even after her trouble shooting suggestions. She said she would see what other solutions she can find and get back to me. She didn’t but after writing the poor review, the customer service manager, Mary Joy Narvaez Nano Advanced Support Team, reached out to me and without hesitation, shipped another set of SigmaPlus to me. Sorry for the lengthy explanation but this was just the highlights that Mary Joy Natvaez and I discussed. I must say that the second set of Sigma Plus are working very well and my gratitude for the support team sticking too and resolving the problem. I have and will continue to support and suggest Nano hearing aids. I do enjoy the Blue Tooth app, makes it much easier for old fingers to adjust. I want to thank the customer support team and a great big Thanks to Mary Joy Narvaez for taking care of the problem(s). Job well Done.
