I could not get the hearing aids towork right for me…
I could not get the hearing aids to work for me without whistling or screeching or fit tightly in my ears so I called to send them back. The lady asked me to try again while on the phone after she gave me some suggestions ab out what to try. WE TRIED A NUMBER OF THINGS WITH NO LUCK so she suggested if I try a different pair that may work better and there would no new charge and I could return the ones I had. So i took her up on her offer and now I would see how I make out with the next one. This was on 4/4/24.not what they have below.
