Confusing....
Since this pertains to 7/24 .. I honestly don't remember but it was a good sales pitch so I did order the hearing aides. Now, I am not certain I am pleased with them. Have spoken w/3 different people - the one person only confused me - the woman wasn't good at all and the last fellow (believe it was Andy or Anthony) was the best.

It took multiple calls and requests…
It took multiple calls and requests from me for someone to call us back that could help. Additionally it was very difficult to understand nearly every customer service representative I spoke with (I speak English).

I don't feel like I got much help
I don't feel like I got much help. There seemed to be a delay in the phone connection as well. We kept interrupting each other. The customer service person didn't seem to completely understand what was being told to her and it was sometimes hard to understand her accent. It also seemed like she didn't want to be there that day. I realize we all have bad days sometimes. I am supposed to call in a day or 2 with an update.
