The customer service representative was pleasant and cooperative, more importantly, resolved my problem. Nano's honoring their return warranty will be a good selling point as the customers will have confidence that this company backs up their word. The only thing I did not like is to pay for the return when the product did not work for me, although I must say that the product is good and should work with the majority of customers.
