WHAT WAS WRONG THE F[RST T[ME. I WAS TOLD THAT I QWAS NOT CHARGING THE BATTERIESW CORRECTLY, TO RECHARGE THEM, AMD YOUR -PERSON WOL;D GIVE A CALL IN 2 HRS. I TOLD HIM THAT RIGHT DID NOTT WORK. HE DID NOT BELIVE ME AND NEVER CALLED EITHER. BUTI CALLED, TALKED WITH RATCHEL AND NY PROBLEMSOLVED.

Not pleased
Customer service was great. Unfortunately the hearing aids are not. No difference between the first pair and the upgraded pair other than the upgraded pair is much worse. Right one won't turn on and the left one died within a short few minute of time. Will be returning for total refund.

I was a little disappointed after I ordered them, I saw the ad on Tv and I order through the website, the price of $297.00 is very appealing but it doesn't sayanywhere that it is for one hearing aids only so when I placedthe order it was$594.00 instead of $297.00 hope myhusband will like them.

Your instruction book is unclear regarding some of the steps. You do not mark right or left for charging. Communication with customer service is good.

Long hold time. I just planned on returning for my money back but was convinced to give you a second try. If the second set has ANY problems, there will not be a third time.
