The hearing aids came with something…
The hearing aids came with something that looked like a whirl-i-gig attached. The instructions said to put a 'dome' over the end of the aid before putting them into your ears. With the whirl=i=gig attached, it was impossible. Whirl-i-gig is big, dome end is very small. I asked for more specific instructions or even a You Tube site, and was told to read the instruction book. I now think the whirl-i-gig is actually a wax contraption that comes off. But, I'm still not sure. Wearing the aids as received created a LOT of feedback, even though I turned them on once in the ear. So, now they sit in the recharger on the shelf.
