Defective Hearing Aids
Agent worked with me and coukd hear the sounds coming from the hearing aids. He sent new hearing aids as the first set never worked. I am trying to adjust to the new ones.

Such a positive experience
When I called customer service I was convinced that I was going to have to wait for a solution to my specific situation. Not the case at all. I was pleasantly surprised as your representative was able to help me right away without much inconvenience to me at all. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
