I didnt think I would ever be able to afford to hear, but Nano made it possible.
I'm 84yo and live on a limited monthly income and I can not hear! With the help of my insurance and the wonderful assistance I received from the people at Nano, I, now, have the ability to hear my TV and my friends, as they are talking to me. Initially, I recvd the very basic Nano in-the-ear model. I had a major problem with them staying in my ears; they kept falling out. When I called customer service to get the RMA # to return the hearing aids, Maria (an angel!), listened to my complaint and offered me another option to try. I returned the original hearing aids and recvd the upgraded rechargeable over-the-ear Nano model. OMGEEE! This model stays in my ears! It has taken me a couple of days to get familiar with the operation of the hearing aids and to get used to hearing again. Thank you Nano and especially Maria, in the advance customer service area, you have made a positive difference in my life. I didnt think I would ever be able to afford to hear, but Nano made it possible!
