Easy to use!
I ordered my hearing aids, which was simple, and received them in 7 days. The packaging was nice and everything that they said was in the package was there. The instructions were easy to follow. The charging case is great. No battery buying and changing. I have only had them a few days and so far I like them. I am still adjusting to having them in my ears but find it easy to adjust the settings to my different situations. I am excited and hopeful that these will be the answer to my hearing problems.

Great customer service
The current hearing aid I bought 3 weeks ago are not right for me, my right ear develops an irritation. Nano is sending me a different pair free of charge to try!!! Free of charge GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
