First time user and after a week very satisfied
It’s one week that I have been using the hearing aid and I feel satisfied. It takes A while getting used to the settings and program the desired hearing level but it worth the effort. Also I found that the operating instructions are in large print and easy to read. I would highly recommend the Nano hearing aids.

Friendly, helpful service
The associate that helped my mom and I was very helpful, clear, friendly and informative. She efficiently and kindly answered questions and explained what my mom was purchasing. We are hoping the hearing aids will be as good as was advertised and talked about.

They handled my problems
I have had some problems with my hearing aids, but your customer service has taken care of me all the time. I sincerely hope that these replacement hearing aids won't require me to contact your service. It's nice that they take care of me but I hope they won't have to in the near future.

Love my Nano’s
Love my Nano’s. Only thing I wish is that you sold the ear things came in packages of all one size. I have small ears, so those are the only ones that feel comfortable.
