You tried your best.
I appreciate the way you tried to help me but I am allergic to the hearing aids. Your staff has been wonderful and I hate to not be able to use them but I cannot. Nothing wrong with the service or product I just cannot use it. Thank you...

The support team was very helpful in the process. I receive the X2 hearing aids and they work very well. To my surprise for being small they work very well. The sound is clear, and the background noise is reduced good. Very good hearing aids.
