Tinty Sound I had a difficult time getting the tinty sound out of the transmission without losing volume. Still having some difficulty with it.

Maybe fair but not great
Maybe fair but not great. I am having problems getting them in my ears without hitting the function button by accident. Leaving me unsure that I am at the lowest volume setting.

The salesman was courteous and helpful
The salesman was courteous and helpful. Customer service was also very helpful. However I'm still waiting for a call to setup return of the aids. They don't hold the charge. If it's just a malfunction, I would be willing to try again.

I haven’t had them long enough to…
I haven’t had them long enough to really reply I know the behind the ear seems to be easier for me than the in canal that I returned. I’m thinking these are going to work, still figuring them out.
