Nano in ear helped me limited, in that I am saying Nano would help if your purpose was to use it for one purpose. If you was to buy it for the purpose of watching (listen) the TV. It would be OK> But if someone was talking to you at the same time you need to readjust the Nano but then lose some of the conversation or the TV sound.

We had a 5 year warranty for lost or…
We had a 5 year warranty for lost or damaged aids with free replacement. We had one pair that had a damaged aid and one pair that had a lost one. We were charged $149 to replace both sets of hearing aids. We believe that we should not have been charged anything because of the 5 year warranty. I still do not agree with Nano's reply. Why should I be charged because they do not make or sell battery operated hearing aids anymore. I did not ask for an upgrade, I just asked for a replacement under the terms of the warranty. One of the pairs of hearing aids wasn't even new, it was refurbished.

this is my 3 different hearings they…
this is my 3 different hearings they are good BUT the small charging case does not work well at all. Sometimes it just gives out and does not charge. Unless there is a malfunction in it.
