Wanted to return it and NanoZoom support ignores all my emails. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I think nobody should trust NanoZoom. In my experience they are awful.

Absolute rubbish product. Scam copy and I should have known better!!! Paid for 1, charged for 4, received 4. Look fine to begin with. Clip on, x0.5 zoom great but can zoom no further. Cannot email company. Link does not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Don't deal with this company. My husband and I were not satisfied with the items and tried to return them in line with the returns policy, but despite trying for two weeks, we have had no response from them.

Ordered then got call from bank saying they had attempted to take 4 payments ! Lloyds bank where just as bad saying I would be transferred to fraud department to stop the first transaction because I have been over charged only to get a recording sayings it’s closed. Apparently after taking an offer price of £52 I have been charged £108 which the bank didn’t stop 😡. Looks like a total scam!

Absolutely amazing. I bought four and used them back to back to get 16 million times magnification! To my amazement I could take pictures of footprints on the moon.
