Ordered a personalized item and they sent the wrong thing. They said to take a picture and would refund me. I followed up a dozen times and they completely ghosted me. Waste of time and money

I don’t like the rug and would like to return it. Now after the purchase you are telling me that it is now returnable. I was not informed before the purchase that the item was non. Refundable. Please explain how this can be legal?

The quality was terrible and I did not read the return policy which is no returns. $100 down the toilet.

Buyer beware! Poor quality! I have never been so disappointed with a rug I purchased for my church!

The 2XL was not exactly that size. The shirt came completely wrinkled but I am afraid to iron this type of fabric for fear of burn marks making the garment unrecognizable.
