Name FactoryReviews of namefactory.com

I order a customized name necklace and even paid for 2-4 day shipping. Still have not received item or feedback and its been over a week. Do not shop here!

These guys are amazing. I ordered the 14k gold name necklace with a heart on it and can't tell you how much I love it. It is so much nicer then the one I had before that was gold plated. The chain is a good quality and my name looks great. I recommend this site every single time someone compliments my necklace, which is all the time. I think they use nicer equipment or something because it really came out nicer than the last one I had from a different company.

I ordered a name necklace from them and am just delighted. They saw an error I made on the order and contacted me to verify before they put the order through. I had spelt my own name wrong and they actually noticed ;) About the necklace: 1. I just received the necklace and I am very happy that I bought it here and not in a local store. It seems to be higher quality than the display items I saw in the jewellry shop here. 2. I took the double thick option it was still less expensive than buying it in person. Overall very happy. I would definitely buy from here again.
