This is my 3rd time ordering from this company and it will definately be my LAST TIME. I order a book in april and am yet to received it despite shipping option. I wish I could give 0 ratings but my comments says it all. So disapoint that my niece haven't received her book on her actual birthday.

Hi Jodian, Apologies if the order hasn't arrived on time for your special day. According to the tracking details we can see that your order should arrive at just around the estimated date of delivery. There was an attempted delivery on 11th of May, however the couriers were unable to reach the recipient. Your package is rescheduled for delivery today.
