You can email us at [email protected] if you need any further help -- Update 9/2 We've just released a major upgrade to the service that allows you update your info on our platform, please visit https://user.namedrop.io, start by resetting your password for your email and you'll be able to update your profile right away -- We completely understand the challenge with this. We are working on major updates to allow you the ability to make updates yourself. For now, if you'd like to make any updates to your profile, please reply to the Welcome email with your profile link.
