Namana Bags®Reviews of namanabags.com

After searching for what seemed like an eternity, a case or bag for my precious drum could not be found. The drum is old and of an unusual size. I was reluctant to take it out of the house and perform with it without proper protection. Then I discovered Namana Bags on Etsy. They seemed as caring, detailed and fussy as I am. There was much communication back and forth between us and every effort was made to create exactly the bag that my drum needed. They were perfectly willing to make the drum to my custom specifications, but I found that in some points in the design process they knew better than I did. In some details I decided to go with what was being suggested even though they were perfectly willing to create the bag as I specified. I'm so happy I did. The bag is exactly what I needed with better quality of workmanship than I imagined or hoped for. I would not hesitate for a second to employ them again for any custom bag or case needs and I will recommend them to my friends and associates. Namana were a pleasure to work with and they delivered in every way.

Amazing quality, very professional, High-level service Very very recommended

got my didgeridoo bag. it is perfect!!! and the service was wonderful!! amazing people

The staff at Namana Bags took their time working with me until I was really ready to have them make a custom case for my SmackPac cajon. It's a little larger than most other cajons so it required the best possible case that I could carry with a shoulder strap, or as a backpack. I also needed a pocket for some accessories. The bag they made arrived safely and on time and besides doing the job of protecting my instrument, it is beautiful.! Easy to see that they put genuine LOVE into everything they do. THANX!!!

This must be one of the highest quality instrument bags on the market. I selected their custom made handpan option because I needed a specific size, additional pockets, padding and colors. It came perfectly as ordered and also very nice comfort wearing it with the double straps and hip belt. My handpan fit with mm precision as I hoped. Their support was also top notch. They reached out after production with custom images to confirm the quality before shipping. I have never met a company doing that during my 25 years of online shopping! The shipping was quick for being international and they even tracked the order manually for me without asking and reached out again to confirm that it arrived safely. The package itself was well done with multiple layers of protection. I can only give maximum rating for such experience and kindness. 100% recommended.

I recently chose to work with Namana Bags to produce a run of custom sized cases for my instruments (handmade frame drums). Every Namana Bag I have encountered over the past several years has demonstrated a consistent quality of excellence, and their work for my shop is no exception. Their textiles are incredibly strong/durable, the build quality is outstanding, and the attention to detail – a refinement of both function/comfortable transport ergonomics and instrument protection is unparalleled. Highly recommended, both for the work produced for my shop, and on behalf of every other Namana Bag I’ve encountered.

I ordered a custom-made case for my RAV Anima and I am very happy with it. The bag is made very solidly, with great precision and care. Communication was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Namana Bags had incredible customer service from start to finish. They were very detailed, nuanced and supportive, offering suggestions, reflections and insights from their experience. What I wanted to create was a unique product and they held my hand every step of the way with true professionalism and care. My bag is incredible and made with very high quality materials. Thank you so much Namana! So happy :)
