Absolute scammers. Nadex falsified my first trade, assigning a different strike than the one I had selected, and ignoring the risk restrictions on my account that should have prevented that trade even if falsified. I cannot understand how they're allowed to operate. I will take this complaint, with all the sustaining evidence, to the regulators.

I stopped trading with them about 7 years ago because Everytime I was in profit and tried to close the trade a pop-up box would say something like "action not possible" by the time I could close I was No longer in profit. They claimed the issue was a "unique" problem with my platform/computer. I did file a complaint with the CFTC which resulted in absolutely Nothing. Back then I lost about $3,500. They "Flag" negative Truthful reviews so they will be removed.

Misleading requests for information and unhelpful agents with misinformation on how exchanges operate, I have a series 7 and have been working in markets for 5 years. This is strange how Nadex legally operates with uniformed agents.

Nadex has repeatedly locked me out of my account while I am in a trade on several occasions and would not allow me to log in to my account and exit my trades. Nadex has repeatedly stopped my trades and would not allow me to exit them with a profit. Both of these tactics have resulted in me being unable to exit my trades for a profit. Nadex uses these tactics so traders will lose trades. I do not know if this is legal or not but that is what Nadex has done repeatedly. I don't mind if I lose a trade when I am wrong. I do not like to lose trades because Nadex locks me out or when Nadex will not allow me to exit a trade. Nadex is a very shady company in my opinion. I do not understand why they use these business tactics.

Its hard to verify the bank information and make withdraw. don't use this platform.

Company is a complete scam.. They say they are regulated when all they do especially on binary options is manipulate their price software to lose within the last 5-15 seconds where you lose by 1 micropip.. Do not deposit with this company.. Their regulation is complete BS like the whole binary option industry.. When they posted automated responses such as other reviews below, you know this company is a fraud.. In response to your comment below: I have filed a dispute with the BBB since I called already.. Once again a terrible company with a generic BS response

NADEX WON'T LET ME WITHDRAW!! they allege they are investigating my account for wrongdoing and claim that I have not given them enough information to prove otherwise when in fact I have given more than they asked for. The information I provided clearly shows no wrongdoing. They also tried to allege that I did not respond to their request for information when I have proof that I did so in a timely manner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NADEX!!! The Nadex demo account is also a massive FRAUD it does not behave like the live account in any way it is rigged to so that you make massive profits on the demo however it is impossible to trade the same strategy profitably on the live account.

Nadex is a scam lost $2000.00 in 2 weeks. Everytime I place a trade the price automatically drops. Freezes up when I try to sell.didnt have any of those problems with the demo account. Made $120,000 on demo.but the live is redicolous every option I pick drops fast .dont do it ,its a scam!!!!
