My fiance recently purchased a galaxy S6 edge from this app,the advertisement said gsm unlocked, which was a freaking lie!! If they sell a phone through here they should 100percent check it out instead of just letting the customer deal with the bullsh** It has a lock on it through T-Mobile due to the third party not paying the bill that let it go!! Hiw can they NOT know this?!?! I just hope they DO refund the full amount. They should aftet false advertisement like this!! I wouldnt recommend using this app AT ALL!! Sincerely: joel studdard

I ordered off MyWit website. It was supposed to be in 'Very Good Condition'. It arrived badly packaged, loose in a box with pieces of plastic and the charger. Heavily scratched screen and chipped corners. Clearly not in very good condition. I asked for an exchange but they said to just return it. But they would not pay for return shipping as it was 'Buyers Remorse', not acknowledging they sent a crap phone. They post a rosy return policy but its a bit of a scam. You can either keep the below standard phone they send or return it and eat the shipping costs. There are better companies to buy from, stay away from MyWit.

I wish I would’ve seen all the bad reviews before I ordered my second phone from them. I got lucky with my SE purchase in 2017 there were no problems whatsoever so I felt confident to re-order an iPhone 6s Plus this past week. Cosmetically acceptable and looks great however, the battery is so degraded I constantly have to charge it. Most resellers will not sell batteries below 80% my phone is 76% I have contacted them they refused to send me a replacement battery. My only option is return for refund. So the great bargain I got on the phone price is now negligible because now I have to spend for a replacement battery on a phone I just received. I will not be purchasing from them will not buy from MyWit again. 65 pt inspection should include battery that is min 80%. Very disappointing!

Why doesn’t this company have a phone number you can call? I have just bought a phone supposedly unlocked to find my SIM card will not work in it. Getting an error message that the phone needs unlocking by the network provider.

Great phones at great prices. I have bought numerous devices from this company and they always resolve any issues, which are not very common.

I booked 2 iphone X on this website on thankgiving offer each for 629$ they deducted the amount few days they cancelled order after one week and told money refunded but did not the amount back in my bank still struglling through emails to get money they are cheaters that is why they do not have landline for customer support where we can speak directly.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and the battery life was absolutely horrible. Also it didn't match my carrier so I either had to return the phone or switch carriers. I decided to return the phone, which seemed like the easier option. I followed all the return instructions and they even sent an email saying that they had received the package. August 14, 2018 is when they sent that email it is now October and I still have not been refunded! They have not answered any emails I have sent since then. I will never buy anything from them again!
