I got the wrong colour sent to me…
I got the wrong colour sent to me initially but customer service was quite good and promptly sent the correct colour. The boxes are very nice but they don’t come assembled nor do they have any instructions on how to assemble them. Once again, the customer service is very good.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with other brides. We cannot ship favor boxes assembled as it would cost you, the consumer a lot more in shipping due to the large size of packaging to accommodate assembled favor boxes. We will look into providing instructions on how to assemble favor boxes in the future. Thank you for your feedback!
