i am still waiting for a refund on a not fit for purpose purchase made 2 months ago. i receive emails from a chatbot. i have made a formal complaint about the company to consumer affiars victoria and the ACCC. do not purchase from this company. they are a scam

We have been trying to return the product for a refund for 3 weeks. Each time they want more documentation. Horrible customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I purchased the Magic Pro 2.0 from this company and asked for a return label to return it, as it was not the quality that I was expecting. I also found out that this same item can be purchased elsewhere for around $20. I received the run-around from Jay, their customer service rep., offering several discounts, a free product, free Pro 2.0 if I provided a positive video review. My request to refund the item has been in the process for nearly 2 months with no resolution. I've been told that it is currently under review, as it has to be approved. It's been under review for over a month. This company is a scam and will not honor their guarantee return policy, as they clearly promise on their website. Avoid this company at all cost!

Scam Company – Fake 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee I ordered a neck pain device Magic Pro 2 from My Vitality for $79.36, only to later discover the identical device on Alibaba for as little as $5. Within 1 hour of ordering, I tried to cancel, but was told it had already shipped (it still took 2 weeks to arrive). When it did, I immediately requested a return under their 90-day money-back guarantee. Instead of honoring it, I was dragged through a series of stalling tactics by their customer service rep “Jay”: First offering me a 10% refund to keep it. Then 20% refund to keep it. Then record a video saying how good it is. Then a free infrared lamp to keep it. Each time I clearly declined. Eventually, I was told my return would be processed. Weeks later, still nothing. When I followed up, I received the following excuse from Jay: “At the moment, we are experiencing a very high volume of return requests. Each case must go through our management team for a thorough review before approval... While I cannot influence the timeframe, I will continue monitoring your case closely to make sure it is resolved as quickly as possible.” Since then, I’ve heard nothing. A quick look at Trustpilot shows I’m far from alone — many customers report the same stalling tactics and refusal to issue refunds. This company is fraudulent: they sell a $5 device for $79 and hide behind a fake “90-day money-back guarantee” that they have no intention of honoring. ⚠️ Avoid at all costs. Do not let them scam you too.

I finally receive the magic pro 2. One of the electrodes doesn't work. I have attempted repeatedly to get the required return approval and return label, RMA. ONLY CONTINUED STALL TACTICS. MY VITALITY IS A SCAM!

Magic pro 2 arrived eventually but it wasn’t what I wanted so I asked for the refund . Over the next few weeks I was given the runaround, offered 10% off then 2O% off then told I’d get refund straight away if I did a video singing its praises, I said no. They keep saying they’ll send a prepaid return label but it never happens . I raised a claim through PayPal and my vitality sent a return address through them in Chinese and not prepaid . I know if I post it I’ll never get a refund anyway, they’ll say they never got it. I can try the credit card next that pays my PayPal but they’ll probably just say PayPal deal with it. Biggest con ever, that’s me £76 out of pocket and it doesn’t even work anyway . Avoid like the plague !!

They won't issue a refund even though they have refund language on their site and in the buying process. The same device is available on Amazon for $30.00. Once you start dealing with their customer service, it becomes clear they're a scam site. Don't fall for it.

If I could give zero stars I would! Cheap Chinese junk that powered on and gave my husband the shock of his life then never worked again. Do not be scammed by this company! Total run around trying to get a refund and not even an offer to replace with a new one. They still have not refunded my money!
