Recently purchased the proV 350
Recently purchased the proV 350. I purchased this machine to be able to steam clean bbq grills at my customers homes just to find out it can't be plugged into a gfi and a standard breaker can't handle it's output unless it's a dedicated breaker with nothing else on it. Decided to get a generator to fix the problem. Checked the ratings on the machine and it was supposed to require 1750 running watts and a peak of 1800 or 1850, can't remember. I purchased a 2500 watt generator with 1900 running watts and the steamer was overloading it (can't return a open generator) so I purchased a 3500 watt generator that shows how many watts are being used. The steamer pulls 1930 running watts. The information on their units isn't even accurate. I now have well over $2000.00 invested in a steamer. I've only used it once and the dial that's supposed to adjust the amount of steam does nothing, probably not the end of the world but I have no idea if it's releasing the minimum amount of steam or the max.
