From start to finish-my entire experience with MyTrustMedical was easy, quick & extremely pleasant! Now the BEST part.. tough to pinpoint that down to just 1 but it's probably knowing that they are there to actually help and you're dealing with REAL HUMAN BEINGS and not just those "bot assistants" that are all too often used nowadays! During the "patient intake questionnaire", I entered something incorrectly, it was definitely MY OWN doing and when I received my excuse I noticed my mistake so I responded letting them know what I had done and prepared myself that most likely would be a while until I got a new updated one. However, I was absolutely wrong! Michael had emailed me straight back, like maybe 3 minutes later and he was NOT a "bot" as expected.. he was so very helpful. Then James also emailed me as well! So I literally had 2, extremely helpful people fixing my own mistake(s) & then James actually noticed another mistake on my note, again of MY DOING lol, and brought it to my attention to verify! They then corrected my mistakes & I had a new, updated, Dr. signed excuse/note emailed & in my possession within 10 min's of my 1st original email sent! I can't thank James & Michael enough for actually caring & taking some stress off my shoulders, over having to validate his school absence, while caring for my sick little one. I will absolutely recommend My Trust Medical to everyone..hopefully you all have the pleasure of having Michael &/or James in your corner as I had today! They are both dolls!

There was a little problem, but it was easily handled and in a timely manner. I love this service.

TrustMedical provides a quality and efficient service, with extremely responsive and helpful customer service. Whenever I request a doctor's note they have it in my inbox within the next hour, and see to it the resources are available should I have any other concerns.

This was very convenient and I did not have to wait long to be taken care of I would recommend this doctor to anyone who would love online Telehealth care very fast and convenient

I genuinely love this website. It’s the second time I used it and I never been more grateful that something like this exists. It goes through a Legit doctor so you don’t have to worry about False documents. And it literally the cost of me same amount as my co-pay without any extra charge so it’s perfect. So my tip is if you don’t drive or you hate that surprise medical bill in the end just go here. I wish I went here sooner instead of all the money I wasted going to urgent care or a regular doctor office.
