The class was very helpful and well explained. The professor was willing to answer questions and was very polite. This class was via Zoom and highly recommend this class to anyone who wants to be a real estate agent.

Best Decision Ever!!!! Taking the Tristar Academy Maryland Prelicensing for Real Estate Salespersons – 2 Week course with Chris Sinanan has been the BEST decision I ever made! I knew the course would be INTENSE as there is a mountain of information to learn in just two weeks. From the moment I called to register to the time the course completed, Chris and the Team at Tristar Academy have been AMAZING! They are EXCEPTIONALLY knowledgeable, friendly, and truly want EVERYONE to SUCCEED. As a former Nursing Educator, I know how challenging it can be to instruct on a large volume of information in a short period of time. Chris has a GIFT of being able to present tough information in a ways that are FUN and engaging. It was such a JOY to learn from Chris! I KNOW that I have just been through the BEST preparation course for Maryland Prelicensing for Real Estate Salespersons available ANYWHERE! Looking forward to taking ALL my future CE classes at Tristar Academy as they are ABSOLUTELY the BEST!

I'm taking the MD broker class with Cindy. She is a great teacher, knowledgeable, easy to understand, good-natured, and thorough. I highly recommend Tristar Acadamy for any real estate classes.

Chris provided the class an abundance of real life examples to ensure there was applicability to the text. If I had to do this over again, I would have taken the 7 week course. There is a great deal of material with new terms and laws to digest in a short period. You have to be dedicated and mentally available to put in the hard work to succeed. Thank you, Chris and team for all your efforts.

This class was a phenomenal experience for me. I did not imagine that I would learn so much about Real Estate. My Instructor Chris was awesome he is very detailed and down to earth, he breaks it down to you in a simple way for you to understand I owe it all to him. He gets an A+ in my book. Monica H.

Seun was an excellent instructor and made our Zoom class fun and entertaining. I feel adequately prepared to take the exam. The free exam prep by Chris and Sarah were also very helpful. Tristar Academy's instructors have gone above and beyond to prepare me for the exam. I highly recommend Tristar Academy! Janine Thurman

This class was just what I needed! I took the zoom course with Chris, though I wish it was in person the class was still very interactive and a great course to take. I highly recommend Tristar academy, the staff and teachers were very helpful and resourceful. I've had 5 people sign up for the class since I took it and will continue to send interested peoples their way!

I took the 60hr Sales Person course via zoom. I really enjoyed the practice session with Chris and Sarah. I wish I took my 60hr course with him. TriStar is an amazing school, they really care about you as an individual and actually learning knowledge and passing exams. Their care and quality is appreciated. They’re also very helpful and communicative.
