This is my third time taking this CEU course with Tristar. Very informative and also interactive ZOOM CEU class. The content was well put together with all the new guidelines and policies. There was no hiccups, very professional and fun at the same time. I would take this class again and recommend it to others. Thank you Chris, well done!!

Excellent the word that best describes my experience with Chris! As a former educator with many years of experience, I would love to take credit for what he was able to do with us today. Thanks so very much for selecting him to be our teacher!

The class is great and informative. This is how I will obtain all of my real estate credits from now on!

The Instructor was good however sometimes he talked fast and with his accent it was hard to understand him Overall it was a good experience and I am glad I took the course.

My instructor Seun Lawal, was a great teacher. He was instrumental in my comprehension of the course and glad was was able to complete and pass! Thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Real Estate Brokerage Licensing Class offered by TriStar Academy, and I must say it was an exceptional experience that exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, this course not only equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills but also inspired and motivated me to excel in the real estate industry. The instructor, Cindy Sinnan was outstanding. her expertise and passion for the subject matter were evident in every aspect of the course. She had an innate ability to simplify complex concepts, making them easily understandable for everyone, regardless of their prior knowledge or experience in the field. Cindy’s interactive teaching style, combined with real-life examples and case studies, brought the content to life and allowed us to grasp the practical applications of the concepts we were learning. The course curriculum was comprehensive and well-structured. It covered all the essential topics necessary for success as a real estate broker, including legal and ethical considerations, marketing strategies, contracts, risk management, and more. The materials provided were comprehensive and up-to-date, ensuring that we were equipped with the most relevant and current information. The coursework was thoughtfully designed to balance theory with practical exercises and real-world scenarios, fostering a deep understanding of the material. The class environment was collaborative and engaging. The small class size allowed for personalized attention and ample opportunities for interaction with both the instructor and fellow classmates. Group discussions, role-playing exercises, and case studies encouraged active participation and enhanced our understanding through real-world applications. The positive and supportive atmosphere created by the instructor and classmates made learning enjoyable and facilitated a sense of camaraderie among the participants. I highly recommend TriStar Academy if your considering course work for your real estate brokers license or if you just need CEs. Sincerely, Latitia Darden

As a realtor in 2 jurisdictions i have taken CEU courses with several schools in the area. Tristar is in a league of their own. While I am sorry to have wasted time with the other schools I am thrilled to have discovered Tristar Academy however. The instruction is simply the BEST. The CEU series for MD that Chris led was excellent and it motivated me to register for the Broker licensing courses. Cindy who teaches the Broker course is very knowledgeable and shares the wealth of information. The Broker licensing course is very engaging, the discussion makes the instruction relevant and easy to understand. To be able to apply the knowledge to our experience as real estate professionals and most especially learning how to use a Broker's lens from which to view the information is vital for preparation for the Broker's exam. Class size is perfect, instruction is excellent, school administration is easy to work with, Tristar makes the experience not only enjoyable but also worthwhile all around.
