This is what I think
My customer service agent was patience, courteous, kind and knowlegeable. Now even though the fee was wavered I think the company is sufering from greed to charge a customer for cancelation when its done three days before the rental date..

On the phone for over an hour, but well worth the time!
I spent over an hour on the phone with Anjali Sikarwa. There was a lot of detail to go through with the 5 cars I was renting. She not only was patient, but very professional as well. She kept confirming all the details on the phone as well as in writing. She kept following up like she said she would. She also called me back when we discovered a problem that was my fault. She is a terrific customer care representative. Thank you for all your help Anjali. This is not my first time renting through Discover, and it always proves to be a successful transaction.

Best five star customer service ever.
I had a rough time locating my car rental reservation that was booked with discovercars.com, I found a 833 customer service number for my trip time who happens to be an affiliate of the rental company. I spoke to a young man by the name of Avishek, he was super patient and worked endlessly until he was able to find my reservation. Talk about customer service. So this review is to again thank him for his time and dedication to what he does continue making your customers smile thanks again.
