I called what i thought was air canada
I called what i thought was air canada, probably clicked the first "sponsored" link and was directed to these polite indian people who helped me book a flight with a puppy to the next province over. Been years since flying so what do i know. Flight locked in, had to pay an extra 144$ to mytripstime for their service. I get a call 2 days later from an air canada rep saying he just spoke to someone claiming to be me trying to add details of the animal i intended to bring. He was suspicious and called the number attached the booking - me. I Found out I had to wait another week before the puppy was old enough to fly. Got refunded for my flight right away, called mytripstime and was actually able to get the 144$ back surprisingly. Totally a scam, feeding off peoples impatience and improper search methods to find their legitmate air travel companies. Hijacking the first pick ads that look like the legitmate sites. If im ever speaking to another indian person on the phone ill always assume its a scam now.
