I bought round‑trip tickets from TravelHaus at what looked like a great price. When I arrived at the airport, I learned the truth: the boarding pass they gave me didn’t exist. No reservation. No ticket. Nothing. I checked the BBB afterward, and the moment I typed their name, an automatic scam alert appeared. BBB already knows what they are up to, and I would hope they would implement swift justice, because they are still at it. This company operates with disgusting, predatory practices, and I will be reporting them to both the BBB and the DOJ. Their website mytravelhaus DOT COM is just the front for the scam. It is a complete scam. They take your card info and make you believe that you have a booking at a vey low price. In reality they do not book anything but promise you that after verifying your information they will send you the ticket. A week later you call them and they inform you that the ticket you booked costs four time of what you booked it at. This is 100% true, don't even bother to try.

Scam forsure . They advertise one price then conveniently say it "may" change. Then call you and hit you up for more money and blame it on seats selling out . Also they sell checked bags add ons but then said you have to pay that it's not included. Don't waste your time !!!

I booked a ticket to San Diego (paid and all) but was told that day that the ticket was not available. The agent offered a ticket for the next day at more than twice the price. Back to Orbitz!

Don't use these people they will upsale you and then hang up on you. They better not charge my card

DO NOT TRUST THIS “COMPANY”!! I strive to not be lured in by scams, but this site had all the bells and whistles of an honest travel site. Fortunately, my sister and I figured this out before being completely duped. I called 2 days before my flight and the men who we called to learn why I was not receiving updated notifications in my email were incredibly rude. I was told that my credit card had not been charged yet and “let’s look to see what the rates are now” ??? We knew almost immediately when they started being rude to us that the company was not legit, because in America, if you ever worked in retail, you know that a respectful customer is “always right”. We were told by an honest representative from an airline that this “company” which seems comprised of two men with seemingly fake names like “Fred,” that the airline tries to stop their activity, but they keep changing their name. BUYER BEWARE: IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE..IT IS NOT TRUE!!
