They got my ticket referred. Which I'm pretty sure I could have done myself. Typical lawyer I guess. I paid $250 extra for something I could have done myself. Got screwed by a speed trap and then screwed by the lawyer thanks for making my ticket worse. It was a speed trap in Calvert Texas. They had like 5 cops in line, just waiting to pull over their next victim. They said I was going 25 over the speed limit which was reckless driving. But the cop didn't seem surprised. Wasn't worried if there might be some danger. Nope it was a normal day to him. Instead of this lawyer helping me out, yeah they just went ahead and took their cut.

This is not a trustworthy place. They don't really contest your ticket. They re-schedule my court appearance date, did not provide an update after the new date, and then they changed my plea to No Contest without even consulting with me, or explaining why they decided on that. I ended up paying the same price of the original ticket plus their fee. What upsets me most about this whole situation was that they even phrase the results as a good outcome, even though they did not do anything. If you really want to contest a ticket, find a local lawyer who would actually follow up on the case.

They lie so they can steal all your money. Dont listen to anything they say! it'll just end up costing you much more than the ticket is close to.

I had a few tickets that needed to be dealt with in small towns out in the middle of nowhere over dumb citations. The process working with them to get this resolved was pretty straightforward, I pay them their expensive fees, they appear for me and follow up with me for next steps. That last piece is the part that made their service a giant waste of money. On top of the fact that they tried to sell me on the idea that I’m lucky to have to be paying these additional fees after the fact 1) they gave me no notice or enough lead time to pay the fees OR set expectations with me so I could plan in advance 2) when I tried to contact the city they said I wasn’t in the system and I should contact my lawyers to help figure it out. That’s when I stopped hearing from them completely. I called them over and over and they would put me on hold forever. I just talked to a supervisor and he basically said “it will keep you on hold until someone picks up” so their excuse for customer service is all predicated on how long you’re willing to wait. Then he tried to be “helpful” and he said “he THINKS” I might be able to still pay the expensive fine without additional consequences but he wasn’t sure. In my opinion, paying someone to represent you legally should not be taken lightly and you should go with an organization that understand that customer service and quality work are critical for working with customers in a legal manner. And at minimum they should be able to understand where there customer liabilities are, “i think” and “pretty sure” is not good enough. I don’t get the feeling that they care enough about their customers to help us come out successfully.

I wish they had made it clear that just paying for the service will not guarantee that you will be able to keep it off of your driving record. I had asked if I have to pay any other extra fee and they said no. Months later they said they couldn't keep it off the record and they want to take it to the county court which would cost me an additional payment that is 3 times the amount that I had previously paid. The court did confirm that they did go to court so they did their part, but they aren't entirely upfront and transparent. A future customer should make sure that with them that they will not be paying money for nothing. Always assume the worst case scenarios where you have to pay an extra fee. TL;DR I paid 150$ for nothing.

If i could put no stars i would. Paid on April 5 for them to get my tickets dismissed. Was told i would NOT HAVE to go to court. RECIEVED an email April 12 of a court date for May 10 which i DID NOT have to appear. Then another email changing that date but still saying i didnt have to apper. JUNE 6TH ANOTHER EMAIL this time saying i HAD to appear june 14th. Went to court 10mins late since my car broke down and thr attorney wasnt there. Spoke with reception lady and she confirmed LAWYWR was never thERE. called the office and they say they cant do anything i wld have to bond out since they put a warrant. But court is sayung they cant talk with me since i have a lawyer and hes suppose to talk on my behalf. Havent heard anything from these ppl. I've emailed and called and yet. Nothing. They were quick to take almost 1500 from me yet nothings been done. I dont even knoe who my attorney is. Theres no reason tickets should NOT be upaid. I

DO NOT hire these people!! I hired them only to be left at the traffic alter!!! I was told that my tickets would most likely be dismissed or in the least reduced....ok, fair enough right??? Paid my fees, got my confirmation email, and waited for my day in court. Welp, my day came, went to court, and per the instructions on the email, sat down and waited for my lawyer to call my name....there were a few lawyers there calling names out....so patiently kept waiting. No one called my name and at this point we all had to rise for the judge. Even after the cases were split...no lawyer. Case after case (we're are about 20m in to the docket)....no lawyer. MY NAME IS FINALLY CALLED....by the judge (FML), and still no lawyer. So now I've paid for representation and nope nothing PLUS now I have to pay the full amount of the ticket, no dismissal, no reduction, no help. When I called the listed phone number, the offices were closed, so the next day when I called around 10a the rep asked if I called to see what was going on....ummmmm you were closed. So I explained what happened. She said she was going to get a hold of the attorney and find out what happened then call me back. So I waited once again, till about 545p and called back to follow up since i still had not heard back from these people. When I inquired on why I haven't heard anything I was told because they haven't heard anything from the attorney yet, but this NEVER happens. So now I'm waiting on my refund, which I'm not to confident on receiving with out a hassle, plus i still get to pay my exhorbant traffic fine. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!! All the articles posted on their FB page about why you shouldn't pay your fines and hire them are marketing ploys. DON'T FALL FOR THE HYPE!!

After paying for this service, I was not contacted by the lawyer in order to talk about what the plan was for my defense. It was my first ticket ever and there were errors on the ticket like the location of the ticket & the amour the speeding. The lawyer ended up getting a deferral, which I could have secured myself. That was the entire point of retaining a lawyer. I would never recommend this company ever again. Edit: And what's really interesting is how they responded to my review saying I didn't get a deferral WHEN I DID GET A DEFERRAL. I have to not get a ticket for 90 days and it stays off my record. Please do not patron this business. They will not give you any time to go over your case and then lie about the circumstances to cover their own behinds. Go hire a real lawyer.
