Waste of money and waste of time, Had a speeding ticket and after several months of feet dragging and no contacts from my attorney, I was quoted the same cost as it would be to just pay the ticket outright directly through the court. When expressing my concerns as this was less than ideal considering the $150 hiring charge for the site, my attorney urged I take this plea as "it was the best case scenario". Overall this site is just a front to rob people in conjunction with the courts regarding moving violations.

Initially, the lawyer assigned to my case erroneously told me he was able to reduce my fine to $90. I paid but then received a notice that I still owed $160. I called the court and was informed that my lawyer gave me the wrong amount. The clerk said I could have always spoken to her directly at any time and she would have offered me $274 w/ a deferral program to not have the ticket appear on my record after 90 days. But since the case is now closed it was too late. By using MTT my total cost was $395 ($250 ticket and $145 for MTT to "handle" my case). If I just called the court myself and I would have paid $274 for the same result. DO NOT PAY MTT A CENT, IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. The law firm told me the wrong amount making me pay for two cashier checks, called me by the wrong name, and just didn't care about me. They did nothing I could not have done on my own. This honestly borders legal malpractice if it doesn't cross it already. Edit: I forgot to add that I would not trust some of the reviews listed on here. Especially the short ones with 6 words and no details about their actual case.

I hired them to handle one ticket in March. It took them DAYS to send the representation letter to the court. They give you ZERO updates. I had to call them every time to get an update. EVERY TIME! I had to contact them to make sure the letter was sent, to verify the court date bc I never got notification. They ask you all these questions in the beginning like they’re listening. I explained I am in the process of getting my license and car. They agreed to a deferred adjudication with proof of insurance and registration. I EXPLAINED WHEN I PAID THEM I HAVE NO LICENSE TO DRIVE A CAR! Why would they agree to that? Now I’ve been calling weekly since April to try and get them to speak with the courts see what other options are available and they do not return my calls. I sent the court an email and got a response. So they just flat out aren’t even trying. I’ve wasted my money and gotten no results! I’m now having to have them send a letter to the court to show they no longer represent me and handle it myself. The amount of money I spent on them for the ticket and the amount for the deferred comes out to if I would have just paid the ticket. They are unprofessional. I’ve spoke with 4 different agent. (I have all their names)And no one has solved the problem. No one is on the same page I’m having to do the job I paid them to do. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME SANITY OR MONEY!!

First, you give them a substantial amount of money to hire an attorney. The attorneys don’t communicate with you whatsoever to hear details of your case. They just settle on fines and timelines to pay those fines without EVER clearing anything with you. You are supposed to be their “client“ yet there’s no communication. Good luck getting a hold of the attorneys directly! Most of them will dodge your calls and/or not respond at all, or give updates even after they have cut a crappy deal for you that you wouldn’t agree to ever. Be prepared to pay thousands of dollars in total between what you pay the service and the attorney negotiating exorbitant fines. The owner of my traffic tickets will have a conversation with you just defending the attorneys and telling you how amazing they are even when he doesn’t have all the facts. I asked for a different attorney to go back and renegotiate tickets (they were super old and not even mine) I was able to get two dismissed on my own and they couldn’t. MTT refused to re assign my case, even though the attorneys did not communicate with me directly whatsoever or present the actual facts of my case to the court. One of the attorneys literally admitted that he never even looked at my case file before negotiating! I honestly want to file a complaint with the bar association. The question begs to be asked what are you paying for?!?? Honestly this feels like just one big cash grab where MTT is feeding money to attorneys. I negotiated tickets on my own, paid nothing and got them totally dismissed. They couldn’t do that for the same violations with these “great attorneys” they deal with and came up with crazy excuses why. The biggest problem is the attorney never looked at my case or ever spoke with me to properly defend me. I noticed that they only reply to the bad reviews on here, so I expect some kind of reply blaming me somehow for their terrible service and lack of communication from their attorneys to actually find true facts on my case. Noticed that the recent reviews are not good. Consider yourself warned!

Avoid it if you can attend the court! My case was not successful and I had to pay an extra $220 above my original ticket, I decided to fight this ticket because it was my first ticket and the road was empty 3 AM - no school or working zone - normal weather. Also, I believe it was a police trap made for a road which is a ridiculously low-speed limit (30 mph). If I lived nearby I would have gone to the court myself, I’m so disappointed that these folks were unable to dismiss this ticket under the circumstances given. RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLIED: You are trying to justify your failure by lying now!? JUST WOW!! I was the one who reaches out and checks frequently and your record on your website shows that I'm always the one who is starting the conversation and in fact, your attorney was not honest with his timing and did not reply to the last message so I had to contact you. You never email me!! Stop making a false claim, YOU GUYS NEVER CONTACTED ME!

Let me try to make this SHORT... I got a ticket and I have a CDL... 99 in a 65 on a bike.. First this I did was Google and MyTickets.com post up.They ask for $1,500 up front. Now mind you the ticket itself is only $350 are lower. The lawyer was late to court.. He email me to be in court on Wednesday and court Thursday plus I still had to pay the ticket...👎🏿👎🏿

Payed $225 for the same outcome that was available for free from the back of the ticket, That is to pay court costs and take defensive driving. Now forced to take 6 hours of mind numbing punitive “education” because it’s now impossible to just pay and move on with life due to the plea.

Paid their fee of $285 to have a ticket dismissed they kept saying it was dismissed and had nothing to worry about, at the end they say I have to pay an expense fee of $667 to have my tickets dismissed now I'm down more money than it was worth, better had gone to a real office to get help. First you try to have me review deleted saying that you did not provide me service. Second you lie about what we spoke about in the beginning. Third you talked to me and no one else no need to lie.
