Terrible Communication on service and attorneys behalf. Useless service, and bait and switch sales tactics. Disgusting company. Received no communication even after i attempted calling, messaging my attorney. Only communication from attorney was from a secretary that cases thru mytt are “second rate cases” for them. My recommendation is keep rescheduling your court date most courts dismiss it, or go yourself as most judges will be lenient and like for you to take accountability and show and will vastly reduce fine. I’ve submitted a BBB complaint and will be seeking further means. I was lied to, sales will claim you will not have to pay anything else and paint a pretty picture. Incorrect. Attorney said i will have to pay the whole fine, plus defensive driving, on top of the $170 for my “improper lane change” ticket. Stay away.

If I wanted to pay for the ticket and defensive driving I would have dealt with it on my own. Not only did I pay for the ticket and defensive driving, I payed these people on top of it.

Got a speeding ticket in May 2023. MTT assured me I would be assigned a LOCAL lawyer. I also told them from the start that I did not want DD or Deferred because I could get those options on my own without their help. Assigned Lawyer, though a nice guy, was over 500 miles away and had zero intentions of actually attending a court hearing. He told me I would have to hire another attorney for that. And guess what I was offered...Defensive Driving or Deferred...exact same things I could have got on my own without their "help." So, the $160 paid to MTT was a waste of money. In my opinion, hiring them only drug things on months longer. Received the ticket 4 months ago and still dealing with it for at least another 4 months. They tell you they will call back but then they don't. After having my case to work on for two whole months....At 5:00 the day before my 8:30 AM Hearing, attorney withdrew from the case because he was 500 miles away and told me I needed to be there myself and hire another lawyer. The paperwork sent to the court to withdraw himself had someone else's name on it as defendant. After reaching out numerous times to speak to a manager, they did refund $ paid and I settled the case myself.

Definitely these people are scammers and I am going to take care of spreading it through all the networks and passing it everywhere I am going to stop only at you for scammers who charge and do not do their job all the positive reviews that are here are themselves Giving yourself a promo, becoming the best lawyers to everyone who sees this comment, take advice, do not make any kind of deal with these people, what they only do is charge you and then do nothing and I have already seen several people who have experienced the same thing over there. "available Monday from 8:00 am- 5:30 pm" I called Monday from 11 am to 2 pm and NOTHING, straight to voicemail that keeps saying I called "out of business hours" My court date is tomorrow Tuesday These people are no help, I mean how are you "closed" on a monday?.......Open a live chat portal or a direct text message receiving number if you're going to be ""closed"" and deny all incoming calls? what a joke

I used their service 2 years ago and now am paying the consequences of it. I hired them to settle a speeding ticket I had from another country in Texas. The attorney who was assigned to me failed to show up in court TWICE. I had received letters at the time from the court saying that I failed to show up. They told me that it wasn't necessary for me to appear in court at all and that resulted into me probably paying the deed in full. I owe an outstanding fine of $302 and they took my $150 that I payed away and decided to mark my case as "RESOLVED". This isn't a high authority firm. It probably has it's blackhat techniques for it to be able to have such a high review score.

I paid mytraffictickets.com 150 to be represent me in a speeding case, that I wasn't speeding on at all. They hired a local Lawyer. I hired them in March. In march they stated and in fact still states that we are awaiting a new court date, however today I got a letter in the mail from the court stating Final Notice of Missed court Date. like they never sent the letter of representation or anything. I am very upset. They should have made sure everything was taking care of. Update: Was able to get through to the courts and the Lawyer they hired never contacted the court nor sent the letter of representation. Also was able to get a hold of mytraffictickets.com however waiting for them to get a hold of the lawyer and figure out what went wrong. Since I hired them back in March the court should have received the letter of representation by now. Also the lawyer they hired website has been hacked and if you click on the contact us page on the lawyers website it brings up a bunch of adware and viruses. I am very frustrated as I been asking for updates in the website for the last few months and they stated everything was ok was just waiting on new court date which obviously wasn't the case.
