MyToolStore.comReviews of mytoolstore.com

Never had a bad experience, been ordered precision tools from them for years. Mostly they're just nice people and if they don't know about what I'm asking they'll figure it out and get back to me pretty quick.

Before they took my order, they verified my hard to find item was in stock. They got it shipped out on Friday after an order placed around noon on Friday. Price for shipping was fair as they charged me what they paid. Item was well packed. They really did their best to get it to me. I will use them again.

I checked, and MyToolStore.com had the best price, best delivery method to Canada, and were very responsive to questions about shipping and delivery time.

We ordered a number of Chapman Mini Ratchet Handles from MyToolStore.com. The price was the best I could find on the net, and I'm good at that. The order arrived in just a couple of days. We will definitely shop with MyToolStore again! Thank You!

Fast shipping. Just as described. Thank you.

as i said above, it was a real pleasure doing business with these people. it was my first try with them and they did a super job right in the middle of the holidays..... i screwed up my order and ordered the wrong product number. a few hours later i happened to look at my order conformation and i realized i had misordered. i picked up the phone, gave them a call, told them what happened. they fixed the order and everything worked out as if i knew what i was doing. Will not hesitate to order from them again.
