John was very helpful and answered all of my Questions and there a lot since this is the first time I have flown in a while

I write to express my appreciation and gratitude of my recent experience with sales associate Andrew at “myticketdeal” who went above and beyond to help me with a cancellation issue on an airline ticket. He was very understanding and patient always seeking the customer interested. I will recommend and book a flight with him again.

We had a family emergency and needed my flights modified. Thank goodness for John....patient, kind, and most professional. Problem was solved with ease! Also, it was so refreshing to speak to a REAL person!!!!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my flight to Cincinnati. I had it less than 4 hours and I was going to have to pay over $100 to cancel. I am 81 and on fixed income. This amount was equal to 25% of the cost of the ticket. JOHN realized that he had the ability to waive the fee. He did this graciously and I am very thankful for his kindness to me Ralph Spencer

As a retiree, It was a Great & easy experience with booking my flights for traveling with good explanations to my questions of concern from a friendly & respectful sales representative … thx again😀
