Andrew was very helpful and patient...he waited on phone when I had to complete another call and walk me through everything patiently without feeling rushed.

Jerry was my representative and I appreciated his help very much. He was quick, efficient, helpful and polite. I could not have asked for a better travel agent and I wish him all the best in the future. If I need a travel agent in the future I wish to receive his help again. If a promotion is available Jerry should get it.
